APPLICATION PROCESS

• Run a credit check and must have a minimum credit score of 600.
• We require three months most recent bank statements and/or paycheck stubs.
• Total income must be three times the monthly rent.
• Run a national background check on ALL occupants 18 years and older screening for convictions of sexual offences, violent crimes, etc.
• We make copies of social security cards and valid ID’s from all occupants 18 years and older.
• Must not have any evictions within the last five years.
• Verify rental history.
• $75.00 application fee per person that will be residing in the home 18 years of age and older.

Due to the extensive application process it may take 48-72 hours before we can determine if applicant(s) qualifies or not.
