Plano, Texas is the home base for our NTXPM team. Although we support property investors and tenants in neighborhoods throughout the North Dallas Suburbs, we always return to Plano. It’s just a great place to hang our hat at the end of the day. And there are several reasons why.
First, for us sun-lovers, the weather is warm, with around 229 sunny days each year. It does cool down here from time to time, but it never stays too cold for long. Also, being near a strong Dallas economy allows job opportunities for Plano residents in town or nearby. And the commute is only 20 minutes away, too.
Neighbors are friendly, the schools are great, and plenty of parks and outdoor activities exist. Years ago, Plano was another sleepy little Texas suburb, and we still have plenty of quiet space, but things have changed. New families and visitors with lots of energy mean there are fun things to do here too.
As local Plano, Texas property managers, we understand normal life happens for families. They go to work, send their kids to school, and appreciate an excellent weekend barbecue. But there are also unique and surprising experiences too!
The Boardwalk at Granit Park elevates dining and shopping from “average” to “uplifting.” Plano’s history is seen with new eyes when families visit the Interurban Railway Museum. Locals can also enjoy many other Plano-specific experiences right near their homes.
Plano, Texas, Locals Enjoy the Good Life Right at Home
Locals who want to get a little outdoor therapy can visit Oak Point Park Nature Preserve. They can go kayaking or paddle boarding in the lake. There is also fishing and plenty of hiking to clear one’s mind.
And if someone is looking for a little more adventure, they can attend the Plano Balloon Festival and take a ride into the sky. Or visit a Plano Adventure Park and zipline high in the trees.
We love talking about Plano and are happy to speak to anyone who owns a single-family home and is ready to find a Plano Texas property manager. This includes long-time Plano residents who want to travel in retirement but don’t want to sell their Plano house. Renting a North Dallas home is a great way to earn extra income for retirement. We speak to lots of young families ready to rent a beautiful home in the Plano area!
There are usually more renters than properties, so we can find a great renter! One who pays on time and cares for the house while the owners are out of town. And our NTXPM team will visit the house from time to time to ensure plumbing and other house utilities are maintained. We’ll also check on the tenant to see that they are doing well.
We can tell you Plano not just a plain old Texas town. There’s a lot to do here and our NTXPM team can make sure your home rental is taken care of!
